The father is not exactly subtle about his interest in the tutor, but the woman prefers his much more sensitive son.。老村主任陈大喇叭吹牛说八角台村有国标舞队，没想到县长要来参观。为了圆谎，陈大喇叭只能弄虚作假，请来所谓的国际国标舞“大师”教村民跳舞，没想到“大师”居然骗吃骗喝；村里“四大金刚”也趁机想捞一把，把村里闹得鸡犬不宁，因此引发了一场令人啼笑皆非的喜剧故事。新主任叶兴旺实事求是，因势利导，新农村群众文化让农民精神面貌焕然一新。。
