A woman gets an opportunity to save the life of a 12-year old boy who witnessed a death during a thunderstorm which happened 25 years ago, by getting connected through the television set during a similar storm in the present。从美大毕业的社会新鲜人“石本美希”，为了逃离美术和相处多年的石膏像，决定以毫不相关的行业为就职对象，因此来到位於东京上野的艺能事务所“HOLBEIN”中工作。正当美希庆幸自己刚到职就被推荐成为新人偶像团体的经纪人时，她却没想到自己面对的竟然是由战神“马尔斯”、文青“麦地奇”、美男“荷米斯”及圣人“圣乔治”4人（!?）所组成的潮男团体“石膏男孩”，且他们正如团名所示，正好就是美希所厌恶的石膏像……。
