Amid mounting threats and paranoia, she sets out to unmask an insidious voyeur, only to realise that the threat is closer and more dangerous than she could have imagined. Watching You is based on J.P. Pomare’s novel ‘The Last Guests’.。每集以中醫醫理、西方醫學的角度，細談不同的生理與心理病症，包括都市病、流行性疾病，還會因應不同病症，帶來業界最新或最有科學根據的治療方案，讓觀眾參考。節目亦邀請本人(或其親朋)曾患上該病症的藝人，以「過來人」身分，訴說患病和康復的心路歷程。。
