The story revolves around Bhagat's struggle to get his land back from the Sarpanch of the village, who wrongfully acquired their land. Bhagat is an alcoholic, votes only for money, and often fights with his wife.。Michael is a successful actor, but he has a scandal in his past: at a tender age he knifed his father to death.
