《我的2008》中所涉及的篇章，既有中国的传统强项体操、羽毛球、乒乓球、太极拳、游泳等，又有大家并不熟悉的项目例如击剑、跆拳道、自行车、射箭、马术、棒球等项目。从而真正提高观众对各比赛项目的兴趣和喜爱。 《我的2008》描述了北京一小区内五位都市青年间发生的故事，五位主演的角色名字中还暗含着“北京欢迎你”。除了每集的内容都独立成章外，故事中还会增加一些对奥运项目和奥运精神的独特注解。当然最值得一看的就是，片中每集都将邀请一名著名运动员、奥运冠军担任客串嘉宾。。Sandra (Matilde Gioli), a young Psychology graduate, has just been hired by the famous online psychotherapy site GETHELP.COM.
