It was defined by the critics as "a cult short film".。讲述的是1997年金融风暴时，生意失败的一家之主尚勋（崔成国饰）与高利贷业者（李准赫饰）之间惊人的债务关系与令人哭笑不得的人生喜剧故事，。不败拳王蒋天凡在海外被小人刺杀侥幸逃脱但失忆，好在被一中年女子救下。昔日拳王因生活所迫沦落为拳馆杂工，靠出卖肉体当人肉沙包赚钱，却惨遭渣女抛弃羞辱。幸而被昔日助理赵敏发现救下，两人交易假扮拳王稳住众人。后续发生的一系列故事。。
