由于两位假面骑士的活跃，邪恶组织·杰鲁修卡被消灭，但是首领又创建了新组织·毒蝎帮(又译“迪斯特龙”)。本乡猛的学弟·风见志郎偶然目击毒蝎帮的行动，而受到该邪恶组织的追杀，之后父母以及妹妹都被毒蝎帮的怪人所杀。志郎为了向毒蝎帮军复仇而要求1号和2号替他改造，但二人知道改造人的悲哀，而拒绝了他。后来1号和2号落入了毒蝎帮的陷阱而陷入危机，志郎舍命相救，被机关所伤而奄奄一息，为了救他一命，1号、2号不得不将他改造成改造人·假面骑士V3。。BotBots are Transformer robots that disguise themselves as everyday mall objects. By day, these BotBots hide quietly on store shelves.
