该片根据内村光良在2011年担当导演、原作、剧本、以及主演的舞台剧《出生在东京奥运的男人》进行改编，讲述了出生在1964年东京奥运年的主人公秋田泉一（内村光良饰），由于在年轻时获得过赛跑比赛冠军，令他产生渴望登上世界最高领奖台并为之奋斗的故事。秋田泉一无论在绘画还是书法等各个领域都囊获一等奖，但在中学时代去一蹶不振，尽受挫折。因此为契机，秋田泉一被上白石萌歌等主演的异性学生们玩弄。。故事发生在清朝初年，礼部尚书彭朋被康熙千里迢迢派往广西平息叛乱，这漫长的旅途中，隐藏着无数的危险，亦有无数的牛鬼蛇神想要取彭朋的性命。然而，在彭朋的背后，有着一干侠肝义胆的朋友们扶持，他们自愿担负起了保护彭朋生命安全的职责，而怪侠欧阳德的身影在其中显得尤为滑稽怪异。 淳贝勒是福郡王的儿子，整日不学无术仗势欺人，最终闯下大祸。秋官于无意之中得知了事件的真相，遂遭到了淳贝勒派出的杀手的猛烈袭击，正当命悬一线之时，又是欧阳德出手相救才逃过一劫。彭朋顺利上任，欧阳德、杨香武和黄天霸成为了他可靠的左膀右臂。。A lonely tow-truck driver gets caught in a deadly struggle between a pair of bank robbers with a beautiful hostage, local cops, and a monster that has come down from the Arizona mountains to eat human flesh.
