该剧以汉方医院和电视台为主要背景，讲述有缺陷的人们一起在各自的空隙中闭上眼睛更加幸福的成人童话。 剧中，李栋旭将饰演外形与实力兼备的医院院长朴理焕，时刻保护着自己的母亲还有好友金杏娥（郑丽媛饰演）， 暖男气质将尽显无遗。而郑丽媛将在剧中出演已工作8年的音乐节目PD，虽然性格大大咧咧， 但内心深处有着不为人知的伤痛，与朴理焕（李栋旭饰演）从幼时相识感情深厚。。退休在家的地质学家管治国（张国立 饰）非常爱自己的四个孩子，但却总是拙于表达，多年来一直通过妻子跟孩子们沟通。妻子去世之后，他才恍然发现跟孩子有了距离。一次家庭聚会，天南海北的孩子们却不能回家。于是他只身辗转全国各地，去探望他的那些“自以为是”的“大孩子”们，期间发生了很多令人笑中带泪的故事。。Big Brother 3 is the third season of the Canadian reality television series Big Brother Canada.
