影片讲述了十六世纪泰缅战争，缅甸军压大城王朝（阿瑜陀耶王朝：泰国古代的一个朝代）首都大城，大城王朝岌岌可危，面对屠杀大城人民从逃亡到奋起反抗的可歌可泣的故事。。在故事情节上，《我成了恶毒女配2》与前作并无直接关联，但沿用了“穿书”这一核心设定，主要讲述了小说作者小夏（ 曹曦月饰）为了完成自己的小说作品《浮生梦回》并拿回署名权，竟意外穿越到书中，以女配陆云夏（ 曹曦月饰）的身份尽力修正故事主线以及主角人设，却在不知不觉间与男主沈星若（吕承珏饰）两情相悦，并合力粉碎苏儿（金乐饰）的阴谋。最终，陆云夏与沈星若过上了幸福美好的生活。。As the 8th season begins, nothing in the firm is as we remember.
